Levocetirizine + Montelukast is a combination of two medicines:

• Levocetirizine: An antiallergic that blocks histamine, a chemical responsible for allergy symptoms like a runny nose and watery eyes.
• Montelukast: A leukotriene antagonist that blocks leukotriene, a chemical that reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, helping alleviate allergy symptoms.

Diarrhea, Dry mouth, Fatigue, Headache, Sleepiness, Vomiting, Constipation, Abdominal pain, Otitis media (ear infection), Influenza

• Allergy Relief: This medication helps relieve symptoms of allergies, including sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes.
• Drowsiness: Exercise caution when driving or performing activities that require alertness, as this medicine may cause drowsiness.
• Alcohol: Avoid alcohol, as it can increase drowsiness.
• Dry Mouth: Maintain good oral hygiene, sip water regularly, and consider sugarless candy to relieve dry mouth.
• Allergy Testing: Stop taking this medication at least three days before any allergy test, as it may affect results.
